Yard Sale success, $2,146.00 Grateful to all of You! Thank You! We held our two day Yard Sale fundraiser on June 1st & 2nd, and were so grateful for all of our donors, the people who came out to help set up, those that worked the two days, to all our patrons that got some really great deals, and also those that helped by boxing up the left overs for the Salvation Army! We not only made money, you also helped us with items needed for the Recovery House that we were able to put in storage until the doors open!
If you missed donating items, no worries, we will hold another yard sale in October!

Update on the Faith Foundation Home. We are in the process of having drawings made up and will be submitting them to the City of Altoona to acquire the permits needed for the construction phase. We have received grant money that will enable us to get the roof and the siding jobs completed. We are currently pricing windows to find the best deal for the number of windows needed.
We have a few contractors that we are working closely with, for advice and expertise in getting the job done. We truly appreciate their help and the guidance they are providing.
Many thanks to those that showed up on June 16th, for our scheduled Work Day at the house. We are so grateful for our volunteers! The house is a labor of love, and we can't wait to see how the Lord is going to transform it before our eyes. Please keep this project in prayer!
Thank You to all our Friends of NEWS Worthy Network!
