Krista Knapp is a Licensed Practical Nurse, Detoxification Inpatient Nurse with Pyramid Healthcare, Inc., and Certified Dementia Practitioner with 25 years of managerial experience from factories, restaurants, retail, and home care. She also has 22 years in the nursing field including; pediatric, trauma, surgical, palliative, and geriatric units. Krista is a Nurse’s Aide instructor at the Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center as well as an American Heart Association CPR instructor. She is active in Kids Church at New Life Worship Center. She is married and has two children. Her duties include: Founder/CEO and Executive Director.
Tammy Lundgren has an M.S. in clinical psychology and an M.S. in mental health counseling. She is a member in good standing of The American Counseling Association, the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, the American Mental Health Counseling Association, and Psi Chi, an honor society for psychology alumni at Walden University. She is a former algebra instructor at Mount Aloysius College, Cresson, Pa and is currently a Master's level addictions therapist for LaRocco Counseling, Inc. She has worked in drug and alcohol for over 16 years. She is also a mental health therapist specializing in trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, and women’s issues. She has served on the board of directors of New Morning Grief Camp, THROUGH, and Stepping Stones for Life. She volunteers at the ELM in Tyrone facilitating parenting/relationship classes at the Blair County Prison. Tammy is also a wife, mother, and grandmother.
Cory Duey is the owner and operator of Shannon’s Pro Clean LLC. She has is dedicated her life to serving others in the food industry for 29 years prior to owning her own business. She is very active in Kids Church and Youth Ministries at New Life Worship Center, directing Christmas plays and Vacation Bible Studies, and chaperone for youth camps and retreats. She has been a vital part of that ministry for 14 years. She is a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and has experience in foster care.
Kathy Rhodes: Retired Revenue Operations Supervisor from First Energy, serving two operating companies, Penelec and West Penn Power. Her tenure included work in the business office, Electrical Equipment and Revenue Operations. She served in the United States Air Force for 11 years, and in 1989, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from University of Maine at Presque Isle. She is currently a volunteer for UPMC Spiritual Care Dept and has conducted the Life Recovery Bible Study for Pyramid’s Traditions Women’s House since 2011, and recently started at Pyramid's Duncansville location. She is a volunteer for Every Life Matters (ELM) facilitating parenting/relationship classes for women inmates at Blair County prison. She is a wife, mother and grandmother of 11.
Sharon Shock: M.S in Christian Studies and Biblical Counseling, B.S. in Psychology and Biblical Studies, A.A. in Business Administration and an A.A. in Health Information Technology. She is a certified Chaplain for Central PA Chaplain Corps & IAOCC. Certified in counseling for PTSD, CISM, Substance Abuse and Grief. Sharon is presently with Day One, formerly New Day, Inc. as a Biblical Counselor, Intake Coordinator, Camp Director, Office Manager. She writes and teaches Bible Studies. Sharon is a parent, and grandparent.
